Since its founding in Southern California 29 years ago, Clearwater Residential, Inc. has offered family style living for our seniors, the veterans, and the homeless to persons who are homeless or at risk of becoming so. We currently offer outreach services to all areas in Southern California from our two facilities in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Our Mission

Is to provide homeless adults and those at risk of becoming homeless, low to no-income seniors, and military veterans with family style living and supportive services to ensure housing stability, improved health, and the necessary resources to live a self-sufficient life once again!
