Clearwater Residential Incorporated, has been serving the Southern California since 1995. For 15 years we have specialized in sheltering low-income to no-income elder citizens, as well as individuals and veterans who are temporarily homeless due to unforeseen circumstances.

Clearwater Residential's mission is to reach out to seniors trying to manage on fixed incomes (including those with physical disabilities) so that each may live with dignity through assistance of housing and supportive social services and those that are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless, so they can achieve pride through self-sufficiency. Whether you, a client, or a loved one is in need and wants to get back on track to becoming a productive citizen of society once more, our staff and volunteers are here to help.
