Clearwater Residential, Incorporated is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that's been serving the homeless or those at-risk of becoming homeless, low to no-income seniors and military veterans in Southern California for 20 years!
Mission
Our mission is to provide homeless adults and those at-risk of becoming homeless, low to no-income seniors and military veterans with a safe, stable, high standard of living residence that provides supportive services while ensuring stability. We are also vigilant in improving the mental and physical health of each guest with direction and provision of necessary resources. The goal is for our guests to achieve a high level of self-sufficiency and once again return to a fulfilling life.

We work hard to provide decent affordable housing, community-based social services, stabilizing aftercare, and effective job training that translates into self-sufficiency, and independence.
Clearwater creates and implements effective continuum of care for the home across a two county area here in Southern California (San Bernardino and Riverside Counties).
Our transitional living programs provide safe, clean and healthy living environments to homeless clients while they participate in our case-managed "plan" to transition them to self-sufficient living.
