Our Optional Homeless Program Provides:

• Outreach and assessment
• Transitional housing for up to 2 years
• Case Management services helping each client to find supportive services for mental health and/or substance abuse recovery
• Increase in their basic income
• Transportation and access to, free health and social services
• Permanent housing placement and case-management follow-up for up to 1 year after leaving Clearwater
• NA/AA/Ca 12-Step meetings in-house
• Employment training through our local Employment Development Department and local colleges

Our Optional Elder Adults Program includes:

Meal preparation of special diets with access and assessment by a Registered Dietitian
Light Housekeeping
Help with governmental services such as Social Security Veterans Administration
Transportation for medical, dental and social services
Company sponsored social activities Senior Employment assistance through
the County Office on Aging
Access to Physical and Occupational Therapy
